1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
The request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
The item is in its original packaging.
Note: For hygienic reasons, certain items like innerwear or swimwear may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

Once confirmed, we will arrange for the collection of the old item and delivery of the new one.
Shipping fees for exchanges may apply depending on the location and reason for exchange.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method or via a store credit/wallet (based on your preference).
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately. In these cases, Amanda Fashions will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
